College counselors are the main force of ideological and political education,students’ managers,pathfinders and close friends.Their responsibilities are promoting the growth of students,guiding students,helping to achieve the dream of success.But construction of the counselor team at present is still at dilemma,such as the ambiguous division of roles and responsibilities,lack of sense of belonging,lack of independent study,team quality problems and these questions are urgent to be solved and improved.The counselor specialization,professionalization,expertise namely"three special"team construction is of practical importance and necessity.The counselor team and individual improvement and promotion have a great significance.
