By understanding the nature of education for teachers,combining with the present situation and problems in the development of professionalization in western ethnic region of Sichuan,we discuss the educational concept and put forward the innovation of educational pattern.It will have its new practical significance on advancing professional and sustainable development of education for teacher in ethnic region.
