＂也＂是古代汉语中最为常见的语气词之一。《汉语大词典》认为＂也＂表疑问时与表反诘、祈使一样,需有相关词语连用,今从二王杂帖来看,并非如此。

Abstract:

YE(也)is one of the most popular modal particles in ancient Chinese.The Chinese Dictionary believes that some related words must be used with interrogative word YE(也),as in rhetorical and imperative sentences,but it is untrue in the miscellaneous calligraphies of Wang xizhi and Wang xianzhi.
