At present,research of the legal thinking mode is still weak in our country's jurisprudential circle,and even in the regular legal textbooks legal thinking mode is absent.However,it's significant to study legal thinking mode in society with rule of law.Therefore,it's not only an introspection of legal practitioners on working methods,but also a positive try on representing effort on rule of law.
