翻译是英语专业八级考试中一个重要的组成部分,是对学生英汉两种语言综合能力运用的考查。本文对英语专业八级翻译常见问题的现象和原因进行分析并提出相应的应对策略以提高学生的翻译技能。

Abstract:

As an important component of TEM-8(Test for English Majors,Grade Eight),translation tests the English majors'comprehensive proficiency of the English and Chinese languages.The paper analyzes the typical problems in the students'translation and their reasons.Based on the analysis,the paper also proposes the coping strategies on how to improve the students'translation ability.
