Abstract:The attempts to reform the professional post evaluation are made by some colleges all the time, although there are kinds of disputes towards it. Until now, the controversy is mainly on whether evaluation can be changed into employment. If so, how to look at the advantages and disadvantages in it and how to weigh both? The paper centres on the analysis and study of the disadvantages after cancling professional post evaluation, and aims to make the development of reform in the direction of inspiring, cultivating and fairly evaluating talents.
