Chun Shu, who is famous for her Beijing Doll, has been the representative of the Post-80 Generation writers, spokeswoman of youth born in 1980s. Her novel is called ＂the first cruel youth novel in China＂ and she herself is considered the ＂other type＂. This thesis studies her ＂other type＂ and the characteristics hidden in the ＂other type＂ by taking Beijing Doll for example.
