One important guarantee to construct a harmonious society is the establishment of perfect rural social security system,the effective operation of which must rely on ample capital input.The paper analyses the main problems existing in rural social security funds,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to develop a rational supporting system for rural social security funds.
