In the context of globalization, the national culture with nalionstate as the main body faces different cultures, even a strong cultural assimilation, and an impact of conflict. Due to the economic, political interests and different cultural traditions, a small number of developed countries force other countries to implement their own social system by virtue of their dominant position, development mode and way of life and values. So contradictions and conflicts of cultural values are inevitahe. Therefore, different values should be recognized in international exchange. All nations should study one another, respect each other and promote the development of human civilization.
