With the quickening steps of the economic globalization and of China’s opening to the outside world,the exchange between China and the West becomes more and more frequent.Since culture differs from nation to nation,it is not uncommon that cultural conflicts and culture shock occur in cross-cultural communication.This paper analyses its causes and offers some enlightenment.
