When the accademic circles of law theories are digging up the traditional law culture resources in recent years, they pay concerns to the apocalypse of Confucian culture to the constuction of modern harmonious society. The author believes that the confluence of Confucianism with the Legalist thoughts is the thought basis of Chinese law culture, among which some peculiar Legalist thoughts have certain significance of apocalypse and reference even for modern rule of law.
