Abstract:With the development of the world economic globalization and Chinese reform and opening up, the problems of cross-cultural human resource management is appearing.This paper introduces the connotations of the cross-cultural human resource management, analyzes Chinese cultural characteristics, management models and the conflicts in the cross-cultural human resource management in China. Then grasps macro the strategy of cross-cultural human resource management, and puts forward some rational countermeasures for the cross-cultural human resource management in China form the perspective of enterprises and government respectively.
