With the development of society,the traditional education model cannot fit in with the needs of the society.Modern education aims at enhancing students' integrated qualities as well as heightening their ability.What counts,however,is to change teachers' roles to improve students' ability of autonomous learning.This paper analyzes the relationship between these two aspects,and the methods to develop students' ability of autonomous learning.
