In the new information stage,the enterprise in Liangshan Prefecture should make great effort to build the efficient Management Information Culture System in an all-round manner.This article firstly analyzes the fundamental condition of the building and running of the present Management Information System(MIS) in the most enterprises in Liangshan Prefecture on the basis of information culture,and then it initially expounds the basic ways of the construction of MIS in accordance with the tendency of the information management development of the modern enterprises.
