The paper expatiates on the development of mental activities' mechanism and its researching techniques to express two kinds of viewpoints objectively.One is that the techniques of computer assisted imaging has become the researching techniques of human's mental activities' mechanism.The other one is that human's mental and behavior activities have corresponding enginery orientation on pallium,which is not definite or mechanical but dynamic orientation of whole enginery.
