    摘要:

    师资是双语教育的核心要素,但无论在国内还是国外,教师的匮乏都成为阻碍双语教育发展的瓶颈。双语教育的性质决定了双语教师必须具备比普通教师更高的个人素质。我国在培养双语教师方面可以借鉴国外的某些经验,但同时必须摸索出具有现阶段中国特色的双语教师培养途径,如在现有教师队伍中遴选和培训双语教师、培养具有外语背景的复合型人才、在高校开设双语课程和专业(或专业方向)和加强国际合作等。

    Abstract:

    Bilingual teachers are a core element of bilingual education,and the lack of qualified teachers has become the bottleneck that hinders the development of bilingual education both at home and abroad.The nature of bilingual education demands that bilingual teachers be endowed with higher personal quality than other kinds of instructors.In China,while training Chinese bilingual teachers,we may use the experience of other countries for reference,but we have to,at the same time,work out our own ways with present Chinese characteristics to nur- ture the bilingual professionals.The suggested approaches to train bilingual educators include educating those se- lected among the current teaching staff,cultivating personnel with dimensional capability and foreign language background,adding bilingual education courses or specialty to university curricula,enhancing pertinent interna- tional cooperation,etc.
