The further development of Translatology calls for the standardization of its terms.Those terms which rise up from the urgent needs of translation studies and can be clearly explained and understood are the metalanguage of Translatology.This paper illustrates the reasons for the chaos of the usage of Translatology terms in nowadays,and pointes out the contents that should be standardized in China.
