Abstract:On the basis of the investigation on the current situation of the elementary education teaching body in Liangshan Prefecture,and combined with the analysis on the primal problem existing in the elementary teaching body in Liangshan,this article puts forward that in order to establish a qualified elementary teaching body to adapt to Liangshan education development,it is necessary to start from scratch to lift teacher' s scientific research quality,to strengthen the training of the backbone teaching staff through " 4321" mode and relevance policy system,which is beneficial to the building of Liangshan elementary teaching body,thus to spur teachers of the knowledge type to change to the scientific and expert type.
