    摘要:

    培养秘书和谐素质,提高秘书协调能力,是搞好秘书协调工作的关键。秘书部门是一个单位的综合部门,它沟通上下、联系内外的枢纽地位决定了秘书部门要顺利地开展工作,需要一个和谐的环境,而和谐环境的创建与秘书的协调工作是密不可分的。秘书要搞好协调工作,就需要培养和谐素质,提高协调能力。

    Abstract:

    To cultivate the harmonizing quality of secretaries and improve their moderating ability is the key for them to do their moderating work well.The secretary department is a comprehensive part of a unit,and its role decides that a harmonious working environment is needed in order to carry out its work successfully.Such environment construction is closely related to the secretaries' harmonizing performance,and their harmonizing quality and moderating ability should be cultivated and improved in order to carry out the harmonizing work successfully.
