Along with Chinese joining WTO and reforms going deep,it becomes urgent to train the persons who can master English and can put it into their majors teaching.Bilingual teaching has become an important part in higher education that can't be lacked.It is also one of the important measures that can improve the quality of teaching.This paper is mainly about the theory,purpose and model of bilingual teaching.
