Through understanding "Rosenthal effect"in pedagogical activities,this paper proposes the main points of utilizing "the Rosenthal effect"in the idiological and political theory class teaching process,and analyzes to succeed the condition to implement"the Rosenthal effect"in the idiological and politics theory class teaching.
