Factuality is the core of evidence. Witness is to illuminate various evidences by means of statements. For its dynamic reflection , false possibility instability, difficulty in collecting , and the likelihood of false witness, judges do not adopt witnesses' words easily. To screen the factuality lie detection is introduced in the judicial practice. The writer believes that witness' factuality can't be replaced by lie detection.
