Employment-obtaining difficulties before college students have aroused a great concern of the public.We think that the shortage of employment position,structural contradictions between supply and de- mand,the unsound labor market,and the negative effects of traditional culture lump together to cause such problem.This paper further makes a systematic analysis to provide a practical problem-solving approach and a theoretical reference for effective minimization of such difficulties.
