Many demonstration researches indicate that NGOs mainly have three great capital sources:in- vestments of government,the membership dues and the service charge,social donations.This paper mainly dis- cusses the social donations.At first,I analyze the reason why the NGOs of our country get less social dona- tions.Next,I propose some measures to promote social donations and the NGOs development.
