The basic principles of Marxist Philosophy can be used to direct College English teaching and learning reforms in remote minority nationality areas,which is beneficial for the colleges in these areas to find the distance between them and the colleges in the developed areas and the existing problems,and to work out some measures suitable for College English teaching and learning reforms in remote minority nationality areas.
