At present, there are only a few practices on the inquiry-based learning in the ideological and political theory course in the local new undergraduate colleges. Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University has done some researches on the inguiry-based learning in tearning the ideological and political theory course, but there are still many problems. Therefore, the new local undergraduate colleges and universities need to improve the effeciveness of the inquiry-based learning in the ideological and political theory course through a variety of channels
