Abstract：It is always the Chinese Communist Party's political advantage that takes seriously and be good at to do mass work. In the long-term revolution, construction and reform of enterprise, we have accumulated rich experience of the masses. Such as strengthening the party's construction, always giving people the tangible benefits, exploring solutions to the problems from the practice of the masses, relying on the masses and educating the masses. Since the 21st century, the global, the international and domestic environments continue to undergo profound changes. Due to the changes, the party's mass work presents some new characteristics, such as the work environment complicated, the work subject younger, the work object diversity and the work means informatization. We should summarize the historical experience and analyze the new characteristics, combine the current practice of the mass work, to innovate work methods and effectively carry out the current mass work.
