Nowadays, there exist some problems in the basic education, such as conflicts in the relationship between students and teachers , coldness and indifference, practical use and ulilitarianism, etc. Therefore, it is urgently neccessary to take some effective countermeasures to reform present evaluation system, improue teachers' personal glamours, pay more attention to and respect students, set some good examples for them and solve these problems honestly in teaching methods in order to create a good environment for overall promotion of quality - oriented edueation and development of students abilities in an all - round way.
