    摘要:

    人格是个体行为的全部本质,大学生人格是大学生综合素质的集中体现,它是个体在成长过程中所获得的"精神能量"对自我人格"建构"的过程.从"建构主义"的角度提出对大学生的"人格建构";构建了大学生的"人格能级发展理论";将大学生的人格发展"能级"划分为"三级六层"--能级由低到高,个体的"精神能量"也"逐级递高";愈到上层,进入的人数愈少;倡导高校人才培养的"人格能级发展模式";诠释各"能级"中的人格类型及特点.

    Abstract:

    Personality is the essence of an individual behavior.University students' personality is the general reflection of their overall qualifies.It is a process of constructing individual personality through obtaining spiritual energy as an individual grows.This paper,from the point of view of the doctrine of constructing,puts forward the methods of constructing university students' personality and its theory of university students personality-energy-level development, and explains the types, and characteristics of personalities in each level.The author divides the energy level into six aspects of three different levels,which develop from lower to higher while the individual spiritual energy develops step by step.The higher the level is,the fewer the students belong to.It is proposed in the paper that the theory of personality-energy-level development should be promoted in university talent-oriented education.
