Abstract:As a key subject in the scientific system of modern psychology and management science,modern managerial psychology deals with how to promote people's behavioral activities in the managements, the exertion of which, to a large degree, is based on the managing and stimulating levels and methods.Hence, researches of the stimulation and the related problems should be centered in modern managerial psychology theory.Based on them, a theoretical system of China-characterized modern managerial psychology is to be built.
