Based on the current exhibitions that the moral education is unsuitable for cultivating innorative talents and from the notion, the method and the content of moral education, this article analyzes the deep reasons why the moral education is not suitable for cultivating innorative talents, and emphasizes the pertinency and efficiency of Chinese moral education reform in order to meet the requirements to cultivate innorative talents.
