It is a worthwhile discussion how to improve the effectiveness of teaching applied writing.The author holds that importance should be attached to writing in application and application in writing,and the relationship between the two should be handled correctly.On one hand,teaching should be closely related to reality and seek materials for writing from reality to stimulate interest in writing.On the other hand,knowledge of applied writing should be strengthened through repeated practice,thus gradually improving ability of applied writing.
