In the 21st century,the social function of English has reached unprecedented height with its increasing popularity.It's growing so fast that overlooking the factor of cultural differences causes communication obstacles and even failure.The introduction of cultural knowledge in college English teaching has become the problem that many people concerned.This paper discusses how to strengthen the introduction of cultural knowledge in college English teaching.
