Privacy is an objective fact which possesses four features: objectivity,relativity,non-relation and non-appraisal.The criterion of privacy has no relation to the interests of others and public.This criterion is objective and does not include the subjective factor of unwillingness to be known by others.Privacy right is the domination of privacy which includes concealing privacy,using privacy,protecting privacy and dominating privacy.There is no virtual conflict between the right to privacy and the right to know privacy when we maintain the objective criterion of privacy.
