This paper mainly discusses the important role a college's material, systematic and cultural environment plays in the ideological and moral education of college students'in a bid to call people's attention to college environment construction. It also analyzes the factors that influence college environment construction during the course of its development, and puts forward a general idea on how to create a healthy, harmonious and civilized educational environment.
