Academician Zhang Jingzhong has established Educational Mathematics for solving difficult problem of mathematical teaching material. On the basis is of practice, the Chinese Mathematical Society for Educational was established by Guangzhou University in 16 May, 2004. This is a major event in reform of mathematical deucation. In this paper the author introduces to establish the first Institute of Educational Mathematics at Jiangxi Normal University, too.
