本文浅谈英语合同的用词特色、普通用词的特定含义及约定术语的表达与翻译。

Abstract:

This paper discusses vocabulary features of English contract, esp. the specified meaning of common words and stipulative words used in contract. It further demonstrates its Chinese translation.
