Abstract:Based on the data of China''s digital services trade exports to CPTPP countries from 2010 to 2023,this paper adopts the stochastic frontier gravity model to conduct an empirical analysis of the export efficiency and potential of China''s digital services trade to CPTPP countries. The results show that per capita GDP,population size, common language, the intellectual property protection level and communication development level of partner countries, sound infrastructure, and an open investment environment are conducive to enhancing China''s digital services trade export efficiency;while a greater geographical distance between China and CPTPP countries exerts a significant inhibitory effect on China''s digital services trade exports. China achieves relatively high export efficiency to Malaysia,Chile,Singapore and other countries, and boasts considerable export potential and market expansion room with Japan, the United Kingdom,Australia and Canada. Therefore, China and CPTPP countries should prioritize infrastructure development, elevate intellectual property protection standards, and facilitate cooperation and exchanges in the field of digital services trade.
