Abstract:"Red" micro-dramas, with their narrative strengths of "brevity, conciseness and efficiency", can advance the online dissemination of "red" culture. Demonstrating vigorous vitality in youth education, these unique practical forms foster the transduction of red genes into people''s hearts while simultaneously sparking off some debate. Essentially, the risks and challenges stem from a dynamic imbalance between serious history and innovative creation in content, technological concerns arising from algorithmic manipulation and digital processing, and environmental restrictions imposed by an "over-entertainment" oriented online ecosystem. Therefore, to effectively educate and guide young people through these micro-dramas, it is essential to control content quality to make essential "red" ideology compatible with content innovation, so that the responsible governance of technology, good "red" education environment and a clean space for promoting red genes can be achieved.
