    摘要:

    在教育现代化背景下,民族地区高校汉语言文学师范生须积极适应时代需求,全面提升综合素养和师范技能水平,以适应民族地区教育的特殊性,为教育现代化发展提供可持续发展的动力。以西昌学院汉语言文学专业课程为例,从师范技能类课程切入,分析当前师范技能培养过程中存在的困境,探索从课程到技能的全面提升与地方特色、技术赋能相互融合的路径,实现培养适应民族地区教育需求的高素质师范人才的教育目标。

    Abstract:

    In the context of educational modernization,student teachers majoring in Chinese Language and Literature at universities in ethnic minority regions must actively adapt to the needs of the times,comprehensively improve their literacy and teaching skills,so as to meet the peculiaritys of education in ethnic minority regions and provide a sustainable driving force for the development of educational modernization.Taking Chinese Language and Literature courses of Xichang University as an example,this paper starts from teacher skill courses,analyzes the dilemmas in the current cultivation of teaching skills,and explores paths for the comprehensive integration of curriculum-based skill improvement,local characteristics,and technological empowerment aiming to achieve the educational goal of cultivating high-quality teacher talents adapted to the educational needs in ethnic minority regions.
