Abstract:In the context of educational modernization,student teachers majoring in Chinese Language and Literature at universities in ethnic minority regions must actively adapt to the needs of the times,comprehensively improve their literacy and teaching skills,so as to meet the peculiaritys of education in ethnic minority regions and provide a sustainable driving force for the development of educational modernization.Taking Chinese Language and Literature courses of Xichang University as an example,this paper starts from teacher skill courses,analyzes the dilemmas in the current cultivation of teaching skills,and explores paths for the comprehensive integration of curriculum-based skill improvement,local characteristics,and technological empowerment aiming to achieve the educational goal of cultivating high-quality teacher talents adapted to the educational needs in ethnic minority regions.
