Abstract:High-quality social practice is an effective means and important approach to implementing the"simultaneous development of moral, intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education"and achieve comprehensive education for student teachers. Based on the LS teaching support through internship program for student teachers in S Province,this study analyzed the policy documents and survey questionnaires and found, despite the positive outcomes of policy tools in promoting student teachers''social practice under the "willingness,knowledge, and action" framework, challenges remain. These include the limited effectiveness of immersive guidance policy tools and the fragmented application of policy instruments across multiple fields,which hinder the high-quality development of social practice.To fulfill the requirements of "improving students'' internship and practice systems" put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, this study proposes that we should diversify policy tool supply,strengthen targeted measures,and select policy tools precisely.These strategies aim to facilitate field transformation,adjust capital structures,and foster habit formation, thereby guiding student teachers to actively engage in vivid social practice for noble pursuits and continuously building high-quality social practice brands.
