Improving the level of rural construction and promoting agricultural efficiency and farmers'' income play a fundamentally supporting role in advancing modernization with Chinese Characteristics. Therefore, it is essential to accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside. Liangshan Yi Area is a region that was lifted out of poverty by the end of 2020.It has its own uniqueness and ethnic characteristics, with weak basic conditions and difficulties in attracting and retaining talents. Local villagers are the main force in rural development.However, at present, villagers in the Liangshan Yi ethnic group are generally confronted with issues such as backward thinking, poor literacy, unbalanced personnel structure, ruralized mindset, and low income levels.It is essential to base on the characteristics of ethnic regions, carry out classified integration of villagers in the Liangshan Yi Area,and stimulate their endogenous motivation to ensure the sustainable development of ethnic regions.
