Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is an important innovation in the Party''s ethnic theory and practice in the new era.Taking the policies from 2017 to 2023 as the research object,based on the policy diffusion theory and using the policy text quantification method,this paper develops a three-dimensional analysis framework of policy time,policy space and policy subject to explore the overall evolution of China''s policies for this goal.In terms of the time dimension,the evolution of policies has roughly gone through three stages,namely,the initial exploration and diffusion stage,the accelerated diffusion stage and the stable diffusion stage.In terms of the space dimension,there are both a vertical policy diffusion process and a horizontal one in different regions or sectors.Among them,the synergistic effects of the administrative mechanism,the learning mechanism and the competition mechanism are obvious.In terms of the subject dimension,it shows the characteristics of a strong subject synergy and coordinated effect.
