Abstract:Against the background of economic downturn and greater college graduate employment pressure, it is particularly important to explore approaches to develop the comprehensive abilities of master''s students majoring in economics. "All-round" education is carried out in academic training, job ability, and value shaping. "Whole-process" education is implemented in the preparatory stage before admission, the training stage after admission, and the job preparation training stage. "All-staff" education is conducted from in-group to outside-group supervisors, from in-major to outside-major programs, and from in-school to outside-school promotions.
