Abstract:IPTTIAC (ideological and political theories teaching in all courses) construction is a systemic project which should adhere to the characteristics of systems thinking such as holism, structurality, interconnectedness, and dynamism. A systematic approach to IPTTIAC construction is the undergraduate talent cultivation program which covers four key areas: an accurate identification of the teaching priorities of IPTTIAC in universities of science and engineering; reconstruction of the IPTTIAC curriculum system with different categories; a collaborative mechanism for building and sharing IPTTIAC resources; and an evaluation mechanism for IPTTIAC construction. This article explores the specific implementation pathways for IPTTIAC construction by taking the author''s university as a study case.
