Adhering to the fundamental task of promoting moral education,this paper tries to fix two major problems in ideological and political education in ethnic regions under the guidance of the Production Oriented Approach based on the cultivation objective of applied talents in business English in ethnic regions.It concludes three principles of ideological and political education in business English courses in ethnic areas.Furthermore,the “five-four-three” ideological and political education approach and the “three senses plus three degrees” ideological and political teaching methodology for ethnic regions are also put forward to help provide reference for the innovative reform of ideological and political education in foreign language courses.
