Abstract:Human society is accelerating its steps to march into the digital era, when the use of digital technology to promote economic development, improve social governance, and constantly promote the modernization of national governance has become an irreversible trend. With more than 20 years of development, the training of masters of laws in our country has made outstanding achievements and contributions to the construction of the rule of law in our country. However, in response to the digital transformation, we still face the problems of insufficient cross-integration of law and related disciplines, backward teaching methods, and defective education mechanism. Therefore, under the background of the digital era, it is necessary to strengthen the intersection and integration of law and related disciplines to build digital law discipline, adapt to the needs of digital transformation, constantly reform the teaching methods, improve the integration of production and education, enhance cooperative education mechanism, etc., so as to constantly improve the education quality of Masters of laws in the digital era. Efforts should be made to cultivate high-level, application-oriented and inter-disciplinary legal talents with both moral and legal equipment and digital literacy.
