In 2020，after the highly successful poverty alleviation campaign，the focus of China''s "agriculture，rural areas，and farmers" work has shifted towards the stage of a comprehensive promotion of "Rural Revitalization".Compared to other regions，the difficulty of effective transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization in ethnic regions is greater and the task is heavier， requiring fiscal policies to play a more proactive role. Taking Panxi ethnic regions as an example，we provide an in-depth analysis on the necessity of fiscal policies in an effective transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization in these regions，analyze the predicaments in the transition through fiscal policies support，summarize the key factors for formulating the transition policies，and propose targeted financial policy strategies for the effective transition in Panxi ethnic regions.
