Abstract:This paper emphasizes the importance of cultivating interdisciplinary teaching literacy for normal college students by exploring the connotation of interdisciplinary teaching literacy. It also points out the current problems in the cultivation of interdisciplinary teaching literacy among students, and proposes ways to cultivate interdisciplinary teaching literacy from the aspects of optimizing the talent training program, constructing a curriculum system for interdisciplinary education, establishing an interdisciplinary learning community, providing diversified learning resources and activities, as well as setting up interdisciplinary assessment methods and feedback mechanisms in an attempt to provide a reference to train students to become excellent teachers in the future with interdisciplinary awareness and competence.
