Taking a holistic perspective，this research considers the marriage culture of the Yi ethnic group in Liangshan as an organic whole，integrating ideas，systems，rituals，and behaviors，and placing it in the specific context of the social transformation of the Yi ethnic group in Liangshan for observation.Based on a review of existing research on marriage culture，particularly since the establishment of the People''s Republic of China，this paper examines the evolution and content of the transformation of the marriage culture of the Yi ethnic group in Liangshan，analyzing the positive trends and negative issues that have emerged during the transformation.This paper forms a holistic understanding of the traditional marriage culture and its transformation of the Yi ethnic group in Liangshan，providing a reference for the governance practices of marriage culture in Liangshan.
